How We Met
It all happened thanks to a badminton’s game! What was supposed to be a nice play with two friends Clémence and Patrick, turned out to be the beginning of our love story! We went from playing badminton, enjoying “short” hikes, to running errands by the lake. We soon realized that this could become something bigger than our shared love for sports, and it appeared to be an amazing decision! From that moment on, we haven’t left each other on our path of growing and discovering the world together!
The Proposal
Douglas knew exactly how to make Eline the happiest; by proposing in the mountains! Of course it needed a bit of his touch.. So what’s best than a proposal in the American’s Mountains during our road trip? He picked a spot with a great view, where we were all alone, and went down on one knee! Since that day, we have been on a ride of happiness and we cannot wait to celebrate our big day with you!
Wedding Party
We have decided to celebrate our wedding in the Netherlands, Eline’s second home country! The dutchies know how to bring life to the party and we are sure that all the Swiss guests will go home knowing the definition of this: “Hollandse Gezelligheid” 🙂
